The Annunciation in the depicting arts. 

Just as uncountable composers have been inspired by the Ave Maria text, the annunciation is also very much a favorite subject in the depicting arts.

It is fairly easy to find a multitude of pictures of annunciation art on the internet.  I thought I would try to add a picture to each Ave Maria page in my website.  (cancelled because of website reorganization)
These are all pictures that I found on the Internet on various websites. The pictures are presented in no specific order, with no source information available other than what is included in the file name.
