These pages list some of the sources and references used to make this website.

The single most important tool I have used for this project is the Google search engine, and since October 2009 also the YouTube website where most of the videos are hosted.
  • Without the accessibility that these sources provide to information, this project would never have been possible.
  • The problem with those 2 sources is usually not lack of information, but the surplus of irrelevant and duplicate information.
