Michał Zieliński was born on 28th March 1965 in Inowrocław (Poland). From 1986 to 1991 he studied composition and theory of music at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz. Now he is a lecturer in orchestration and the basics of composition. From 1992 to 2002 he collaborated as a vocalist and leader with Ensemble of Early Music Collegium Vocale (vocal quartet from Bydgoszcz). --- Selected compositions: Sonatina for piano (1986), Missa for mixed choir a cappella (1986), Variations for vibraphone and piano (1987), Canticum Canticorum for baritone, flute, percussion and piano (1988), Museum of Imagination for piano (1989), Jazz Connection for piano (1992), Alleluja for mixed choir a cappella (1996), Laudate Dominum for mixed choir a cappella (2002), Ave Maria for mixed choir a cappella (2002), Magnificat for mixed choir a cappella (2002), Divertimento for string orchestra (2003). [2003]


Michał Zieliński wurde am 28.03.1965 in Inowrocław (Polen) geboren. Von 1986 bis 1991 studierte er Komposition und Musiktheorie an der Musikakademie in Bydgoszcz. Jetzt ist er Dozent für Orchesterbearbeitung und Grundlagen der Komposition. Von 1992 bis 2002 arbeitete er als Sänger und Leiter mit dem Ensemble Alter Musik Collegium Vocale (Vocal Quartett von Bydgoszcz) zusammen.--- Ausgewählte Kompositionen: Sonatina für Klavier (1986), Missa für gemischten Chor cappella (1986), Variationen für Vibraphon und Klavier (1987), Canticum Canticorum für Bariton, Flöte, Schlagzeug und Klavier (1988), Museum of Imagination für Klavier (1989), Jazz-Connection für Klavier (1992), Alleluja für gemischten Chor ein cappella (1996), Laudate Dominum für gemischten Chor ein cappella (2002), Ave Maria für gemischten Chor ein cappella (2002), Magnificat für gemischten Chor ein cappella (2002), Divertimento für Streichorchester (2003).
