subtropical to tropical,  
with a very clearly distinguishable dry season (October - June) and wet season (July -September).
 
Bare branches in the dry season.

Within 2-3 weeks after the rains start, (half July) everything turns green, and the weeds take over!
 
Violent storms are frequent  in the wet season.
 
Flooding can be sudden and severe.

bulletIf you are one of those people who attracts all the mosquitoes in the "neighborhood" (pun intended),
do bring a good insect repellent. Your life will be ??? more comfortable ??? less miserable ??? 

 

bulletThe Summer months are HOT and STEAMY:  
bullet38C / 100 F  with 100% humidity is not unusual !!!
bulletHeat exhaustion is a life-threatening condition.
