TALLER DE SILLAS DE RUEDAS

Tenemos diferentes diseños de sillas de ruedas todas con adaptaciones especiales a necesidad de cada usuario:

Estándar: Este diseño se puede cambiar de ancho a tres medidas; 14",16" y 18 pulgadas, según la necesidad de la persona. Otra conveniencia es que se puede cerrar mientras que las personas esta sentada en ella, esto para poder entrar en puertas mas angostas. También se puede cambiar el ángulo de la silla.

          
 

Cruceta:

Este diseño se pude doblar pero no puede cambiar el ángulo pero va adaptado a la necesidad de la persona. También hacemos un diseño especial para niños que necesitan algún ángulo especial para niños con paralis cerebral.

 

 Rígido:

Este diseño no se puede doblar y solo puede tener un ángulo pero es más economico.

 

SILLA DE RUEDAS PARA PERSONAS CON HEMIPLEJIA

Este diseño se hizo aqui en PROJIMO._El mecanismo es un eje que va fijo de la llanta derecha o izquierda adaptado a la silla para que pueda doblar, y va con doble aro y cada aro ayuda a dirigir a que lado nesecita desplazarce la persona y es muy facil de usar.

 

TRiCICLO

Es de transporte ideal para personas discapacitadas que son fisicamente activas y no pueden caminar rápido, se maneja facilmente con su pedal de mano, su sistema de manejo tiene dirección de reversa y para adelante con la misma facilidad. La palanca de manubrio se le puede adaptar al lado derecho o izquierdo respondiendo a las nesecidades del usuario.

Jaime is the person in charge of the wheelchair shop.
 

     

As can be seen from the pictures above, Jaime does work with donated mass-produced chairs, but he modifies them to adjusts them to the needs of individual users.  This may be as simple as raising or lowering the handle bars and/or foot rests. That could be as complicated as taking the whole thing apart, modifying the cross bars for different seat width and depth  and then rebuilding the wheelchair.
 
 Handle bars and foot rests have been modified to fit this child.
Jaime also manufactures chairs from scratch. These chairs are quite sturdy, and a lot more durable than the mass-production hospital or nursing home wheelchair.

RIP    aka  The wheelchair graveyard:
Many mass-produced wheelchairs do not survive the rough terrain of rural Mexico very long.
When they break, they are stripped for usable parts, and what is left over goes to the wheelchair graveyard in the back yard.
