- 1 meaty rack pork baby back ribs
- 2 large sweet onions, coarsely cut
- 4 medium carrots
- 2-4 cups Jumex guava nectar
- S&P

- béchamel leeks with zucchinis
- zucchini stoemp, pan-fried

Stovetop pork ribs are quite different than their oven-grilled counterparts.
I served this one with a sweet onion & carrot sauce that was prepared separately, but with the broth from the pork ribs.
